The Twin Towers
The AWHO Twin towers also known as the Gurjinder Vihar Phase iv (GV4) is located at Omega 1, Plot no 10, behind the Prakash Hospital. It is a KM walk from the Pari Chowk Metro Station and about 500 Mtrs crow-fly distance from the famous Pari Chowk.
It is a high rise building housing 297 Flats with an elevation of 27 storeys which overlook the Jaypee Greens Golf Course. It is secured by a Natural Stream towards East and North. A state of art building with high tech support systems which include Fire Detection and Alarm Systems (FDAS) and Fire Fighting and Public Address Systems (FFPAS).
The building has three flats on each floor and also three high speed lifts which make it a 1:1 ratio, which is the best in the NCR.
