Dear Residents,
Keeping in view the requirement and request from residents, an open gym is being commissioned at TT. It has taken a lot of effort and time of the Board Of Members to make this happen with limited resources and time invested by every BOM member.
A thorough market survey for quality, Cost and Efficiency was carried out.
The BOM goes into details of every minute detail.

1. The equipment selected is robust and with one year defect liablity.
2. It is portable and can be shifted without too much effort.
3. It has been placed in a area with natural slope to ensure water does not stagnate.
4. There are two setups, one high intensity and one low intensity.
5. The design is such that all body parts can be exercised.
6. We have put used oil in the soil to ensure rusting does not occur too soon on parts that touch the soil.
7. We have saved installation charges by doing it in house using our technician.
8. We have also got special discount citing fauji usage.
   The BOM plans to inaugurate it on Saturday 22Feb at 11:00 hrs.
   All are invited to initiate this facility for good health and prosperity to all.
   We wish and hope the facility is used by all, with care and caution.
   Creating assets is easy, maintaining them is difficult.

Good News for EV owners of AWHO TT
Since one in three Indians wants to buy an electric vehicle. Over half of owners and tenants expressed concern about the availability of charging infrastructure in our society. As of now residents have made adhoc charging arrangements in stilt parking. This is a grave risk as charging vehicles under residential buildings is a fire hazard and can lead to loss of life and property if this is allowed to be continued.
To overcome this concern, We have created charging infrastructure at Gate No 2 for residents of twin towers and one charging station outside the gate for guest vehicles/ taxis .Keeping the safety and security of residents and building NO resident is allowed to have domestic connection with effect from 01 February 25. Security staff has been tasked to remove all unauthorised charging facilities in society. Keeping Safety of residents and building infrastructure no one will be permitted to install EV vehicles chargers in basement and stilt .
All adhoc connections will be removed on 01 Feb 2025.
